Admiral Construction Co., Inc. provides consulting and other services for our clients and Associate Contractors.

You need a COMPLETE set of plans, SITE PLAN, SPECIFICATIONS and most all your SELECTIONS before a estimate for construction can be done. Getting to this point can be time consuming involving hundreds of decisions, shopping/pricing, modifying plans, finishes, setting budgets and allowances, verifying site conditions and requirements, and is sometimes frustrating. The time and money you spend now will save more during construction.

If you want to be guided and helped thru this process, I do the following consulting for custom homes, additions, and basement finishing.

PROJECT PLANNING

This process will help you design a well built structure that serves your needs. You will be guided thru the research and selections that create the clear, complete, and accurate construction project that everyone involved understands. This will solve most construction problems now and give you better control of your project.

Planning takes 1 to 3 months on average depending on the project.

Meetings are required every 1 to 2 weeks as needed.

Consulting fee varies according to how prepared you are, project size and complexity, location, and other factors.

Consulting Fee Structure

Charges are 50% down and 50% when the 1st estimate is completed.

Outside expenses (not included) vary according to needs but can include the following:

Plans expense.
Plans printing expense
Survey and site plan expense.
Soil testing expense.
Local jurisdiction expense.
Structural engineering expense. (This can be set as a allowance and done at the beginning of construction.)
