ESTIMATING

We do detailed estimating for Clients and Associate Contractors.

Complete plans, site plan (if needed), specifications, finish selections, and allowances are required. See Consulting which also includes estimating.

Quantity take offs are done, plans submitted to sub contractors (Associate Contractors submit plans to their subs), unit costs are up dated, and then everything is entered into the computer estimate.

The estimate is reviewed by the Client or Associate Contractor and then updated sometimes several times due to changes in plans or budgets.

Charges are 50% down and 50% when the first (1st) estimate is completed.

AHBA agreement --------- $500
