LAND DEVELOPMENT

We develop residential and small commercial properties. I am also a licensed real estate agent in Georgia.

Each development is usually financed and managed with it's own LLC (Limited Liability Company) and investors. If you have any interest in investing in some future project, contact me.

Current areas of interest for land is in the North Georgia counties of Union, Fannin, and Gilmer.

Cobb, Cherokee, Pickens, and Paulding Counties are also of interest.
